Psychological assessment for schools
A structured reading of how a child is doing.
Children take age-appropriate assessments in the school computer lab. The results reach counsellors, principals, parents and our psychologists. They never reach the child, and nothing is ranked.
Five domains, assessed separately.
The instrument follows the panchakosha model: five sheaths of a person, read one at a time and reported one at a time. A child is never reduced to a single number, and the five are never added together.

Each role sees exactly one thing.
Access is not a preference set by a school. It is fixed by the platform, the same way in every school that uses it.
The counsellor
Named students in their own school, a queue of who needs review first, and the reasoning behind each flag.
The principal
Trends for the school as a whole. When a group is small enough that a child could be worked out from it, the result is withheld instead of shown.
The parent
Their own child's movement over time, in words, with what the school suggests doing next.
The child
The questions, and nothing else. No score, no colour, no comparison — during the assessment or after it.

Assess
Age-appropriate assessments, taken in the school computer lab, offline-tolerant.
Review
A counsellor reads the result before anyone else, and decides what happens next.
Oversee
Leadership sees the school in aggregate, never a named child.
Involve
Parents receive a growth view and can request a meeting with the counsellor.
Privacy is architectural, not a policy page.
Four guarantees are enforced in the database and in the audit trail, not in a settings screen a school administrator can change.
Small groups stay hidden
If a group is small enough that one child could be worked out from it, the result is not shown at all. The check happens in the database, before the page is built.
Two-party reveal
An identity behind sensitive data is revealed only when an administrator's request and a counsellor's authorisation meet.
Held only as long as needed
Records are kept for three years. A family can ask for a child's data to be erased, under India's DPDP law.
Audited, not stored
Every sensitive action is logged. The private detail behind it is not.
